Over the course of the past 5 years that I have worked here at
St. Anthony Parish, I have been contacted numerous times by many
church envelope companies asking our parish to change to them.
They all said the same thing — they'd save us money! They mailed
or faxed me their information, but never followed up on
anything. 1 also realized that they could NOT save us money.
That is, until I heard from Rick Donnelly and Church Budget.
Aside from being very personable, Rick showed me right from the
start how much money he would save our parish. After comparing
prices, we found that Church Budget would save our very large
parish almost HALF of what we were paying to another company The
transition went smoothly and parishioners were not even aware of
a change. We have not had any problems or errors and Rick and

questions we may have.

I was happy to hear this past spring that you are now the local
representative for the Church Budget Company from Salem, Ohio.
We have been using their envelope service for a long time and
whenever other companies talk to us we don't find them able to
provide the same service we are accustom to. We have had the
friendly willingness of the staff at Church Budget to help us
with any of our special needs here at the parish numerous times
over the years. One example is the fact that we only needed to
provide one contribution envelope each month for our senior
members. They weren't interested in weekly envelopes. Church
Budget people worked it out that they would do quarterly
mailings to the seniors with one monthly envelope for each of
the three upcoming months. They also were able to continue our
previous system of the monthly mailing of weekly envelopes for
the rest of the parishioners. Church Budget has always been
reliable on their mailing time lines. Our people comfortably
receive what envelopes they will need in advance. The parish
receives very few complaints from parishioners about envelopes
that haven't arrived. One year we needed to cease a special
appeal envelope by a particular month. Church Budget called far
enough in advance for us to make sure that our parish and they
were on the same page regarding the time-line. They executed the
timing perfectly. They have always been conscientious in getting
the coming year's calendar of envelopes to the parish in order
for us to make any needed adjustments, additions or subtractions
for the next year. Once on short notice they readily began the
inclusion of a special envelope that we felt was needed. They
also kept us informed about the different designs our envelopes
could have and were very good at advising us concerning various
other envelopes we felt were needed in the mailed packets. A
couple of years ago we asked the company to include a return
envelope with our address on it in each mailing that is sent
out. That request was honored and the envelope was easily
included without a problem.
The company's cooperation and willingness to work with us has
always been outstanding. As the new local representative of
Church Budget we will keep your phone number close by if we need

staff of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish in June 1999.
In 2003 Rick contacted our parish regarding Church Budget
